Mr. KAN CHAI KEISREY PHANAKORN, Director of NCX HONDA and Mr. CHEA HOUY, Deputy director based in Cambodia handed over 200 helmets to the Municipality of Phnom Penh on March 31, 2009 through H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh and also an advisor to Samdech Akka Mohasena Padei Decho HUN SEN. A representative from NCX HONDA said the dissemination to people to wear helmet was not the duty of the Municipality to Phnom Penh alone, but it needed contribution from corner of circle, including private sectors.
