Around 2000 helmet was nationally distributed to traffic police on 12 December 2008.
The traffic police must be a good model for all motor drivers on wearing helmet. any ways the traffic police will start to enforce on helmet wearing from first January 2009. this key message is aware to all motorist need to wearing helmet to protect their life of road traffic accident that was killed more than 4 persons every day on the road .
