National Road Safety Committee is going to conduct a helmet wearing campaign which aim to promote helmet use in Phnom Penh by conduct a huge helmet subsidize to 4 secondary schools students in Phnom Penh,
1; Bak touk high school, 25 Nov 2008
2; Santhor mouk high school, 05 Dec 2008
3; Wat Koh high school, 12 Dec 2008
4; and Yo Kunthor high school 19 Dec 2008

The student from grad 9 to 10 can buy the helmet easily just take the student ID and go the the stand which was locate in the ground each schools by date above.
Please remaining that the price of this helmet will cost 5USD only if compare to the helmet on the market it is very low price and the helmet is standardize.

Presently, the helmet wearing rate is very low if compare to neighbor countries, in Phnom Penh the helmet wearing rate less than 30%. All this rate some motor drivers or passenger don't know how to wear helmet correctly. you can go to road safety for more detail how to wear a helmet correctly. or please try to watch TV like CTN, TVK you will know how to wear helmet in helmet wearing spot.
